Townsend Construction was contracted to rough in over 4 million square feet of fire alarm. This includes the installation of ridged EMT, and Plastibond conduits. The total project is estimated to be over 17 billion dollars. Samsung is project to add multiple phases to this current project with work projected to go on until 2033.

Townsend Construction was contracted to rough in over 4 million square feet of fire alarm. This included the installation ridged EMT, and explosion proof conduit. The total project is estimated to be over 40 billion dollars. TSMC has committed to add multiple phases to this current project with work projected to go well into 2030.
